I would now substitute 1/4 cup of splenda blend for the sugar to fit in with my new lifestyle. I remember this as being smooth and creamy and sweet. Ingredients:
3/4 cup minute rice, cooked |
1 quart milk |
5 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart buttered baking dish. 2. sprinkle nutmeg on top. 3. set pan in a pan of water before placing in oven. 4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
