~Molten Chocolate Lava oozes from the center~ Ingredients:
1 cup butter(pure) |
1/2 cup raw sugar |
1 1/4 pound...of the very best 70% cocao chocolate you can find |
2 fresh eggs |
6 egg yolks |
Directions:
1. Grease 6 ramekins with butter. 2. Sprinkle sides and bottoms with sugar,set aside. 3. Over hot water,melt the chocolate and butter,blending them together,remove from heat. 4. In bowl,beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar,until thick. 5. Very gently fold half of the egg mixture into chocolate,just until they are well blended. 6. Fold with as must care,the remaining egg mixture. 7. Lay this into the ramekins,place on sheet. 8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes,sticking a thermometer near the center and it reads the temperture of 160 degrees,the sides are set. 9. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 1 minute,run a blade around edge of ramekins. 10. Invert onto crystal desserts plate,then onto a golden charger,laying one single rose along side,with a small golden dessert spoon,and damask linen napkin...pour your best dessert wine,and... enjoy! 11. ~The look,the taste,hitting those pleasure sensors as you take your golden spoon,and with the methodical skill of a surgicon,dip the tip in that chocolate river,raise it to your mouth,and no drug,and no drink could seduce you more. 12. This will make you think your listening to music,receiving all the deliciousness that one sane person can endure...Because,the taste is...CRAZY GOOD! 13.
