Molletes De Calabaza (Pumpkin Muffins)

My sister brought this home from her middle school Spanish class for the Day of the Dead. The recipe did not include a yield so that's a guess.
Ingredients:
8 ounces canned pumpkin
6 ounces milk, warm
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Mix pumpkin with milk. Stir well and add the egg.
3. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
4. Stir in raisins and pour into greased muffins tins, filling only halfway.
5. Bake 30 minutes or until browned.
