Great condiment for a marinade or to add to salsa or soups. From Solo Suppers by Joyce Goldstein. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
4 cloves garlic, finely minced |
3 -4 jalapeno chiles, seeds included,finely minced |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, chiles and lots of pepper. 2. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to two months. |
