Simple but delicious. Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon sea salt |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until a paste is formed. Chill until needed to serve over fish or other seafood. |
