Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1/3 cup orange juice |
1/3 cup molasses |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Add enough water to cover carrots and bring to boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until liquid is reduced, 10 minutes. |
