Clipped while looking for a baked beans recipe that didn't contain pork. Haven't tried this yet.
Ingredients:
4 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans white kidney beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans black beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans butter beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. 2. Cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
