I received this recipe from a cooking class I attended. We use this on pork roast and flat iron steak Ingredients:
3 tablespoons fresh garlic |
1/2 cup onion |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. With a food processor make a paste using onion and garlic. 2. combine remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl and add onion paste. 3. Marinade in plastic bag overnight for beef and pork, shorter time for chicken and veggies. |
