Ingredients:
2 ounces light rum |
1/2 lime |
1 teaspoon superfine sugar |
crushed ice |
chilled club soda |
mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Pour rum into a 10-ounce highball glass, squeeze in the lime juice, drop in the peel. Add sugar and enough crushed ice to fill the glass two-thirds full. Fill up with club soda, stir gently and garnish with mint leaves. |
