A really excellent, tasty meatloaf! It's great for converting former meatloaf haters and it's so easy! :) Ingredients:
2 lbs ground sirloin |
1 onion, minced |
1 green pepper, diced |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup saltine, crushed |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/4 cup steak sauce |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup mustard |
1 cup canned tomato, crushed |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients. Do not overmix - just stir until incorporated. 3. Place meatloaf into meatloaf pan. 4. Combine glaze ingredients and brush onto meatloaf. 5. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over top of meatloaf. 6. Bake 1 hour. 7. Enjoy! |
