This is something a made, after tasting something similar from a Restaurant. The Roasting directions are from the Barefoot Contessa. She uses salt and pepper, but, I used Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh salmon, with skin |
olive oil, for basting (sorry, didn't measure) |
salt |
pepper |
aluminum foil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Line a baking sheet wth a piece of foil. 3. Place the salmon on foil, skin side down. 4. Brush salmon with olive oil. 5. Season 6. Place pan in oven and roast for 15-20 minutes. 7. Remove pan from the oven, cover tigtly with foil and let rest for 10 minutes. 8. Flake with a fork. 9. Serve 4 ounce of a lightly toasted bun. |
