This is a recipe book I came across called Target Recipes for the fit or the fat. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
3 slices whole wheat bread |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 egg |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon mustard |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
ketchup (to put over top before baking) |
Directions:
1. Break bread into small pieces and soak in milk for five minutes. 2. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. 3. Shape into loaf and bake at 350° degrees for 1 1/4 hours. |
