Moist Coconut Pie

a yummy crustless coconut pie great with strawberry or chocolate sauce
Ingredients:
4 eggs
125 g softened butter ( a bit over a stick of butter )
1/2 cup plain flour ( all purpose )
1/2 cup milk
1 cup castor sugar ( superfine sugar )
1 cup shredded coconut
400 ml can coconut milk
Directions:
1. Blend or process all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into greased pie plate, bake in moderate oven 1 hour.
3. Cool to room temperature, turn onto serving plate.
4. If desired, decorate with whipped cream, glace cherries and toasted coconut.
5. Put the pie in the fridge for few hours.
6. Serve it cold with strawberry sauce.
