No more searching for the moistest chocolate cake! HERE IT IS! Ingredients:
1 cup oil |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups grated unpeeled zucchini |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix first 5 ingredients together. 3. Mix next 6 ingredients in another bowl. 4. Combine. 5. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. 6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. 7. Bake for 45- 50 minutes. |
