Moist Chocolate Cherry Cake |

This makes a really moist and delicious dessert. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
2 cups flour |
3/4 cup oil |
2 eggs |
1 can cherry pie filling |
6 ounces chocolate chips |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, leaving cherry pie filling and chips to the end. 2. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until done. 4. Cool. 5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, or make a glaze to drizzle on the cake. |
