A simple moist chocolate cake wth hardly any preparation or mess. Whip this up while making tea, and pop it in the oven with the rest of your meal. Serve as a cake with coffee or dessert with whipped cream or ice cream Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
115 g melted butter |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup milk |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup boiling water |
2 tablespoons baking cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl and beat for 4 minutes. 2. Put into greased cake pan and bake 190 degrees C for 45-60 minutes. |
