Ingredients:
3 chipolte chiles, in adobo sauce
3 tablespoon(s) cilantro leaves, fresh, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
2 limes
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 orange
1 teaspoon(s) salt
21/4 pound(s) skirt steak, coiled kind
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until smooth. Put the steak in a resealable plastic bag, pour in the marinade, seal and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
2. Grill the steak over medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side, then let rest on the cutting board for a few minutes.
