Ingredients:
3 chipolte chiles, in adobo sauce |
3 tablespoon(s) cilantro leaves, fresh, roughly chopped |
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin |
2 limes |
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 orange |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
21/4 pound(s) skirt steak, coiled kind |
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until smooth. Put the steak in a resealable plastic bag, pour in the marinade, seal and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours. 2. Grill the steak over medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side, then let rest on the cutting board for a few minutes. |
