from Amish Baked Oatmeal Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease an 8 x 8 pan. 3. Combine all ingredients together. 4. Spread on prepared baking pan. 5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. 6. Immediately spoon into a bowl. 7. Top with warm milk, fresh fruit or brown sugar if desired. |
