Ingredients:
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 -4 tablespoons ground sumac or 2 lemons, zest of, finely grated
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons ground marjoram
1/2 teaspoon whole dried marjoram
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried savory
2 tablespoons ground thyme
1 teaspoon whole dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons salt, about
Directions:
1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, shaking the pan frequently, until lightly browned (2 to 3 minutes).
2. Let cool.
3. Combine all the ingredients.
4. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
