Ingredients:
14 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup sweetpotato, cooked and mashed
3/4 cup salsa
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t onion powder
Directions:
1. Mash or puree the beans and mix with all of the other ingredients. Use as you would refried beans. Can use cooked mashed sweet potato instead of squash.
