Tastes like a more flavorful version of refried beans. Healthier!! Ingredients:
14 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 cup sweetpotato, cooked and mashed |
3/4 cup salsa |
1/4 t cumin |
1/4 t onion powder |
Directions:
1. Mash or puree the beans and mix with all of the other ingredients. Use as you would refried beans. Can use cooked mashed sweet potato instead of squash. |
