cauliflower disquised as potatoes makes this delicous low-calorie salad
Ingredients:
320 gram cauliflower, steamed
40 gram onion
100 gram eggs, hardboiled
30 gram relish
40 gram pickles, dill
20 gram mayonaise (or 40 gram reduced fat mayo.)
Directions:
1. cut up everything in appropriate sized pieces
2. mix and refrigerate
3. add mustard and pepper if you like
4. try adding 2 tsp. curry powder for another taste
