320 gram cauliflower, steamed |
40 gram onion |
100 gram eggs, hardboiled |
30 gram relish |
40 gram pickles, dill |
20 gram mayonaise (or 40 gram reduced fat mayo.) |
Directions:
1. cut up everything in appropriate sized pieces 2. mix and refrigerate 3. add mustard and pepper if you like 4. try adding 2 tsp. curry powder for another taste |
