Love Pina Coladas but don't want the hangover? Try this non-alcoholic drink! UPDATE: Due to reviews I have made some corrections to this recipe to make it better! Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 cups whole milk |
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 tablespoon coconut extract |
2 -4 tablespoons sugar (to taste) |
mint leaf |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and mix on high until frothy. 2. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint leaves. 3. For a thicker variation, freeze the pineapple juice in ice trays and blend. |
