From 1978 Creative Yogurt Cooking Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat, whisking constantly, over moderate heat until mixture barely begins to boil. Remove at once. 2. Serve warm or chilled just as you would the real thing. |
