Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder |
10 1/2 can(s) cut asparagus, well drained |
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped onion |
1 cup(s) finely chopped tomato |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) hot sauce |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Process asparagus in a food processor with the metal blade until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl. 2. Stir in tomato, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, garlic salt, chili powder and hot sauce. 3. Line a colander or strainer with paper towels. Add mixture and let drain 1 hour. 4. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. |
