Quick...and wonderful to give away as gifts. (This was my Mom's recipes and she used it ALOT!) Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
2 tablespoons cocoa (may want to add a little more) |
1 pint heavy cream |
4 drops coconut essence |
1 cup irish whiskey (or a little more ;-) |
Directions:
1. Mix all together.
2. Store in dark bottles in the fridge.
3. Don't tell anyone you have it or it will be gone soon!
4. (I have alot of luck mixing this up in a blender).
