got this recipe when i lived in guam. this will def rock your taste buds world! Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenders |
4 tablespoons mochiko sweet rice flour |
4 tablespoons cornstarch |
4 tablespoons sugar |
5 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
2 beaten eggs |
2 minced garlic cloves |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix all and let marinate several hours * i let it marinate for 12-24hrs cuz it tastes WAY juicier! but do at least marinate for 6hrs*. 2. Fry on med-high after oil heats up you want the outside to be a nice brown color. |
