Next time you need to ice a chocolate or vanilla cake, try this devine mocha cream. It is truly excellent. This is enough to ice a 2 layer cake. The timing does not take into chilling time Ingredients:
2 cups whipping cream |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine whipping cream, sugar, cocoa and coffee. Chill for 6 hours. 2. With your mixer, beat the whipping cream mixture until stiff. Stir in vanilla. Chill until ready to ice cake. |
