I really enjoyed this protein smoothie. I thought this tasted so good. I made this smoothie with GNC chocolate protein powder. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
3/4 cup crushed ice or 3 -4 ice cubes |
8 ounces milk (of choice) |
1 scoop chocolate protein powder |
1 teaspoon instant decaffeinated coffee |
Directions:
1. Blend in a magic bullet cup for 30 or so seconds. 2. Enjoy. |
