Mocha Marshmallow Mousse

For those who love their coffee desserts, but an added surprise with a marshmallow, may just enjoy this dessert.
Ingredients:
2 (3.5-oz) milk chocolate bars; broken
20 larges white marshmallows
⅓ cup milk
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 egg whites; beaten
1 cup whipping cream; whipped
almonds; sliced and unsalted
additional whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat chocolate bars, marshmallows, milk and coffee in a double boiler until melted, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Fold in beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
4. Pour into a 5 cup mold or individual cups.
5. Refrigerate or freeze, good served either way.
6. When serving, sprinkle with sliced almonds, or whipped cream, if desired.
7. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
