Ingredients:
16 almond macaroons, divided
1/4 cup rum
1 quart mocha ice cream, softened
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
1. Soak 14 macaroons in rum 10 minutes.
2. Line a 2-quart serving bowl with rum soaked macaroons. Chill thoroughly.
3. Spoon mocha ice cream into prepared bowl, and top with whipped cream. Crumble remaining macaroons, and sprinkle over top of dessert. Spoon into individual serving bowls; serve immediately.
