Low Calorie chocolate cake with a fudge like bottom Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa |
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa |
1 tablespoon instant coffee |
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, powder, salt, 2/3 c sugar, 1/4 c cocoa and cofee in large bowl. 2. Combine milk, oil & vanilla; add to dry ingredients; stir well. 3. Spoon into 8 square pan that has been sprayed. 4. Combine 1/3 c sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. 5. Sprinkle over batter. 6. Pour boiling water over batter (do not stir). 7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
