I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Mix 'N Mix Meals In Minutes For People With Diabetes. Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water |
2 teaspoons instant decaffeinated coffee |
2 teaspoons sugar substitute |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
10 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Pour water into a blender and add coffee and sugar substitute. 2. Blend several seconds, then add the milk and ice cubes. Blend until thick, about 1 minute. 3. Pour into tall glasses and serve with a straw and long spoon. |
