This recipe comes from the Central Market in Fort Worth, TX. Ingredients:
4 scoops vanilla ice cream |
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
1/2 cup sparkling water (or club soda) |
1 cup ice |
2 ounces espresso |
whipped cream, chocolate shavings and mint sprig, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until well-mixed. 2. Serve in a chilled glass. For added richness, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig. |
