Ingredients:
3 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder |
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1 tablespoon granulated sugar |
1/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer |
2 tablespoons ground chocolate (such as ghiradelli's sweet ground chocolate and cocoa) |
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa |
Directions:
1. Combine espresso powder, dried milk, sugar, nondairy creamer, ground chocolate and cocoa in a plastic container. 2. Place 2 tablespoons of mix in a cup. 3. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir. 4. Can Be doubled or tripled. |
