From 'Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages' by Christie and Thomas Katona. This sounds yummy. Ingredients:
1 ounce chocolate syrup |
1 fluid ounce espresso |
5 ounces eggnog, steamed |
whipped cream |
nutmeg, for garnish |
Directions:
1. In an 8-ounce cup, combine syrup and espresso. 2. Fill cup with steamed eggnog, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. 3. Serve immediately. |
