A rich combination of coffee and chocolate. You can add orange, coconut, caramel chips, etc. to your tastes. Or substitute white chocolate for the semi-sweet. Ingredients:

2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
1 1/4 cup sugar |
2 tbsp. flour |
4 large eggs |
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled |
1 tbsp. instant espresso |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450^. 2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. 3. Add eggs one at a time. 4. Add melted chocolate, espresso, and cream, mixing thoroughly. 5. Pour into prepared pan. 6. Bake at 450^ for 10 minutes. 7. Reduce temp. to 275^ and continue baking for 1 hour. 8. Ler cool completely and refrigerate before serving. |
