This recipe also came from an old Pillsbury cookie cookbook. very good. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups pillsbury all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup instant chocolate drink mix |
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 teaspoon instant coffee |
2/3 cup butter, softened |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup chopped pecans |
additional confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except pecans and additional confectioner's sugar. 2. Blend well at low speed. 3. Stir in pecans. 4. Mix thoroughly. 5. Shape into balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each. 6. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. 8. While warm, roll cookies in additional confectioner's sugar. |
