This is an exceptional alternative to iced coffee on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
1 pinch powdered chocolate milk mix |
1 fluid ounce espresso coffee |
1 scoop vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Place a pinch of powdered chocolate in an extra large coffee mug or coffee bowl. 2. Add a shot of freshly brewed espresso. 3. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream. 4. Dust lightly with chocolate, a la cappuccino. 5. Allow ice cream to just start to melt and chill the coffee. 6. Enjoy. |
