This is one of those sinfully good desserts, and as I have a genuine sweet tooth, one slice is never enough.. Ingredients:
250g malted biscuits crushed |
1 tsp instant coffee |
100g butter |
500g cream cheese |
500g plain unsweetened yogurt |
2 tsp instant coffee |
3/4 c sugar |
1 c cream |
4 eggs |
2 tbsp cornflour |
1/2 c dark choc balls or peices |
Directions:
1. melt butter and combine coffee, mix through the biscuit crumb, then press out into a lightly greased 22cm springform tin, and chill until firm. 2. preheat oven to 150.c. 3. To prepare filling filling, place all the filling ingreds except choc peices into a food processor and blend til smooth. stir in choc pieces, and pour into crust. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for an hour, (the filling will become firm as it cools), allow to cool then chill for atleast 3-4 hours before serving..drizzle top with melted choc. |
