Syrian lentil dish served with salad. Ingredients:
1 cup brown lentils |
1/2 cracked wheat |
1 large onion |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Cook the lentils until soft. 2. Add the cracked wheat and salt to taste. 3. Fry the onions in thin pieces. 4. Spread onions on top and serve with salad. |
