Named after my good friend Liz who brought this to Christmas Dinner. Absolutely delicious! Ingredients:
8 ounces cool whip |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 (8 ounce) can sugar-free cherry pie filling |
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
1 cup pecans |
1/2 cup coconut (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix in order given. 2. Chill 1 hour. |
