Ingredients:
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 seeded, sliced bell peppers
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
9 chopped garlic cloves
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Directions:
1. Warm 4 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 4 seeded, sliced bell peppers; sauté for 1 minute. Add 1 tsp. each chili powder and Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. salt; sauté for 5 minutes. Add 9 chopped garlic cloves, cover, reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes, stirring, until peppers are soft. Add 2 Tbsp. tomato paste, stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
