2 onions |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
100 g red lentils |
2 peppers, chopped roughly |
600 ml water |
3 tablespoons tomato paste |
2 tablespoons curry |
1 red chilli pepper |
Directions:
1. Dry fry the roughly chopped onion and the garlic until soft. 2. Add the other ingredients and simmer for 20 mins (check water/stock level periodically). 3. This can be liquidised with more stock/water and used as a soup |
