Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) softened butter |
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 1/2 cup(s) flour |
16 ounce(s) mixed nuts |
1 cup(s) butterschotch chips |
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) white corn syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar, flour in bowl. Cut butter in with pastry blender until size of peas. 2. Press mixture into bottom of 9 X !# pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 3. Spread mixed nuts over top of crust while still warm. 4. Microwave butterscotch chips, butter and corn syrup until chips are melted, about 1 minute. Stir. 5. Pour melted mixture over nuts and crust. 6. Bake for 10 addtional minutes at 350 degrees. 7. Cool and cut. |
