Great on toasted Turkish bread Ingredients:
60 g butter |
6 green onions, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves |
500 g button mushrooms, halved |
500 g cups mushrooms, quartered |
2 tablespoons grainy mustard |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
3/4 cup sour cream |
toast, to serve |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large pan. 2. Add onions, garlic, thyme and all mushrooms, cook, stirring till browned. 3. Stir in mustardand wine. 4. Simmer uncovered about 8 minutes till sauce slightly thickend. 5. Stir in sour cream. 6. Serve on toasted bread. |
