This recipe make a little over 2 cups.. it's nice with chicken or shrimp...and is especially good in the summer when the melons are really ripe.. Ingredients:
3/4 cup diced honeydew melon |
3/4 cup diced cantaloupe |
3/4 cup diced watermelon |
1 1/2 teasp. minced jalapeno pepper seeds and all... or serrano chili |
1 1/2 teasp. minced fresh mint |
1 1/2 teasp. sugar |
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.. mix well but don't mash the fruit.. 2. let chill.... |
