Ingredients:
1/3 cup sherry vinegar |
2 tablespoons fig preserves |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 cup toasted walnut oil |
mixed salad greens |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients. Whisk in oil in a slow, steady stream. Store in a small plastic container up to 1 week; shake before using. Serve with mixed greens. |
