It's sunday morning . Market was full of fresh fruits which I couldn't resist . Well , always wanted to bake a tart . So why not now ..... Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour |
1 tsp baking pwd |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 cup butter |
1 egg yolk |
2 tbsp caster sugar |

96 oz ceam cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tbsp caster sugar |
filling b |
405 gram low fat evaporated milk |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 egg yolks |
2 tbsp caster sugar |
1 tbsp cornstarch |
topping glazed in sugar syrup |
strawberries |
kiwis |
oranges |
berries |
Directions:
1. Beat the crust ing until crumbly . It will be very dry . Press the dough on the bottom and sides of a 24 inch non stick tart pan . Chill it for 1/2 an hour . 2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees . Bake the crust for 25 - 30 mins . Cool it completely . 3. Beat the Filling A . 4. Spread on the tart . 5. Filling B 6. Simmer the milk and the vanilla . 7. Whisk the egg yolks , sugar and the cornstarch . Add the milk . whisk until its thick . 8. Cool it completely . 9. Spread on top of filling A 10. Arrange the Glazed fruits on top . 11. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until set . |
