MIXED FRUIT SALSA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cullen Estate in Allen, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 papaya peeled and chopped
2 cups cantaloupe chunks
4 green onions minced
2 sprigs fresh cilantro minced
Directions:
1. Whisk vinegar and sugar together in bowl then add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
