Mixed Fruit Compote with Rum |

Prep: 4 minutes. If you don't want to use the rum, just leave it out. The mango nectar and lime juice add plenty of extra flavor to the fruit. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mango nectar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon white rum |
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice |
3 cups mixed fresh cut fruit (about 1 1/2 pounds) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until sugar dissolves. 2. Add nectar mixture to fruit; toss gently. |
